Most dog boots come off in the first hundred metres. These run up the leg and fasten with adjustable straps and a plastic buckle that clips to the collar, so they stay where you put them.

Collar loop
The loop at the top fastens around your dog’s collar. It is what carries the weight of the set, so the boots are not relying on the leg straps alone.
One connected set
All four boots run off a single back strap rather than sitting on the paw as separate booties. Put the whole thing on at once and there is nothing left behind on the walk.
Adjustable straps
Each leg has its own strap and plastic buckle, so you can tighten the fit rather than hoping one size works.
Waterproof leg sleeve
The sleeve runs up the lower leg instead of stopping at the ankle. That is the part that keeps mud and wet grass off the leg — and the part that stops the boot being kicked off.
Anti-slip rubber sole
A textured rubber sole at the foot for grip on wet pavement, tile and loose ground.

Measure your dog first.
These are the supplier's own measurements. Limb length is the one that matters most — measure from the top of the shoulder down to the ground.

How do I know which size to order?
Measure your dog's limb length — shoulder to ground — and check it against the sizing table above. Thigh girth is the second thing to check. If your dog falls between two sizes, order the larger one.
Will they actually stay on?
Each boot has an adjustable strap, and a plastic buckle clips the whole set to your dog's collar. That's what the long leg and the collar strap are for — ordinary ankle booties are the ones that get kicked off.
Are they fully waterproof?
The material is waterproof, so rain, puddles and wet grass stay out on a normal walk. They are not designed for wading or swimming.
How do I clean them?
Wipe them down after a muddy walk and let them air dry. Don't put them in the washing machine or a tumble dryer.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Right now we ship the boots within the United States only. Orders leave within 1–3 business days — up to five during peak periods — and typically arrive in about 8–10 business days.
We are not able to ship the boots to Mexico or elsewhere yet. That is on the way — the Haven Sofa Bed already ships to both.
